Web site improvements:

-        Modern programming; we can fix and add things to the web site much easier.  Have you ever had a really old car that you just keep putting lots of money into it and you finally say “I think I need to upgrade?”  That is what happened with the web site.

-        New listings can be activated immediately by customer after registration

-        Basic formatting allowed in the property description field – we have wanted this for a long time!

-        6 photos allowed for no extra cost.

-        Easy spot to imbed video onto the web page and you can now place add a PDF as well.

-        Garage sale postings will bring more local traffic to the web site; more local traffic equals more hits, more hits equals better chance for selling by owner. Plus, won’t it be great to see where some nearby garage sales are to help with planning an open house and/or finding some great staging furnitureJ or a ‘new’ bike.

-        Less expensive (eventually) so hopefully we won’t have to raise the price of service.

-        Many other new automations and potential automations.  Yippee!
