I wish I had the time to do a little math.  Imagine calculating 6% on these homes, then adding up that amount of savings passed onto the owner of the home and the buyer of the home.  Amazing - go Northeast Wisconsin - you are smart with your money.  Squirrel away your equity.

Visitor Increase for May

In May 2014 we had 3,474 more unique visitors than in May of 2013. This shows a very active housing market. We see this with a healthy number of “accepted offer” reports coming in.
