I hear a lot of people saying that they have difficulty securing the loan they want.

Real estate development - the future
The title of this article peeked my interest, but it did not travel in the direction I expected based on the title, but did provide some interesting food for thought on city growth. The author focused and the changing path real estate development will be taking and how newer ways (and therefore new regulations) will effect city planning and growth; which in turn affect how land and be built on and developed. by builders.

Real Estate - Attorney article
Attorney article
I've always been a fan of hiring an attorney for assistance in closing a real estate transaction. This action can make both buyers and sellers more comfortable and at-ease during this large transaction. How nice to have ready advise and professional guidance when needed. Once as novice sellers, we did not hire an attorney for a closing and would have actually saved money if we had, due to a detail we missed. Sellers and buyers can give a quick call over to some of the attorney offices who list their services on our Service Directory. They will be able to summarize the cost and services they would provide to a seller or to a buyer.

Spec Sheet
To the right of any address on any property web page, there is a graphic that reads "print spec sheet." Click here to see our automatically generated spec. sheet. This applies to any property on our web site.
Printing Recommendations:
I recommend that before printing, you view the page in your Print Preview screen. There are a few functions which will allow you to adjust the spec. sheet.
For example, you can remove the internet headers and footers for printing, which cleans up the printed spec. sheet look a little bit.
You can also adjust to a landscape view (rather than the standard portrait view). Adjusting to a landscape view has been satisfying to some people because more of the printed page is consumed and the font & photos can sometimes appear larger.
You may want observe if your spec. sheet is going to print on 1 or 2 pages. Occasionally, it works to print only the first page to save a little paper.
